FAQS

  • What are your hours of operation? Dog walking and special services run Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Currently I do not take weekend appointments. However, exceptions may be made for long time Poop In A Group pals.   

 

 

  • What training and certifications do you hold? I have walked dogs professionally for 3+ years, and I am currently enrolled in Sit Means Sit in Colorado.

  • Why are last minute potty breaks more expensive then a 30 min walk?   Because potty breaks are guaranteed. Walks need a minimum of 24 hours notice to ensure your pup gets on the schedule. No matter how short of notice you give PIAG, you can always count on a Potty break during our normal business hours. However, less notice = more $.

 

 

  • What if I need to cancel my "pup adventures" reservation? If your pup chooses not to attend the adventure after already signing up please send an email promptly to Shannon at poopinagroupllc@gmail.com. Pups can opt out any time, but please be considerate of others. There is a limited amount of space and some may be told they can not go. Plus, changing your mind at the last minute is not polite pooping practices. If for some severe circumstance pup adventure must be cancelled it will be scheduled for a later date. All pups on the original list will be granted the first opportunity to participate at the new rescheduled date. 

 

  • What services are there for cats? While most my services are catered around the canine variety, there is a special place in my heart for felines as well. Cat Services and prices available upon request.

 

 

  • Do you offer overnight stays? Currently Poop In A Group does not offer overnight stays.

 

  • Is dog grooming offered? While I do not offer professional grooming at this time, I will always return your pup to you the way that I got him/her.

 

  • How do I pay?  Payment must be collected no later than day of service. Current forms of payments accepted are cash, check or Venmo. Most often cash/check payments are left in a secure place in the home. An invoice will be left for you showing your services as PAID. You may pay for a week or a months’ worth of service in advance on first day of re-accruing service if desired.

 

  • What happens if my services are cancelled for the day? I pride myself on being reliable. Your services will not be cancelled unless there is an extreme circumstance that prevents me from providing the service you have requested. Should in the very rare occurrence your services be cancelled, I will inform you immediately and reschedule within 24 hours of that schedule service.
  • Do you walk in the rain and snow? You bet! As long as conditions do not show to be too dangerous for the pups or myself we will walk! Should conditions prove too dangerous, I will promptly reschedule your service for a later/earlier time or date if necessary. 
  • What is pet taxi and why would someone use it? Pet taxi is a car service for your dog. Just give me the date and times your dog must be taken and picked up and any special instructions necessary. Most pup parents use pet taxi when there just is not enough time in the day, but their pups appointment just can't wait. Use pet taxi to send your pup to the groomers, to the vets office, or a boarding facility so you can catch your flight to the Bahamas.
