WE'VE MOVED! NOW OFFERING CARE TO WEST COAST BEACH PUPS. CALL TODAY TO RESERVE YOUR STAY!

  • What are your hours of operation? Pick up and drop off hours are 7am-7pm seven days a week.

  • Are you licensed and insured? Poop In A Group LLC carries insurance from PSI (Pet Sitters International). We are licensed to operate our business in California. In short, yes we are legit!

  • What training and certifications do you hold? I have walked and cared for dogs professionally for 6+ years. I have taken the Sit Means Sit course along with participating in continuing education with training professionals such as Family Pups and Good Dog.

  • What should I send with my pup for their stay? Please send breakfast and dinner along with any medication your pup is currently taking. We will provide beds, toys, and treats. We request your pup leave any personal items at home as we wouldn’t want the other pups to get jealous and ruin them.

  • Do you accept puppies for your sleepovers? As long as your pup is fully potty trained and gets along well with others they are welcome!

  • What if I need to cancel my pup’s sleepover reservation? Please cancel 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a late cancelation fee.

  • At what time do you offer will pick ups and drop offs if needed? Drop offs and pick ups are scheduled when available. Pick up/drop off schedule along with any necessary details will be sorted out at time of reservation.

  • What services are there for cats? At this time this is a pup’s only club. But stay tuned, in home kitty care coming soon!

  • Is dog grooming offered? While I do not offer professional grooming at this time, I will always return your pup to you the way that I got him/her.

  • How do I pay?  We request 50% payment to be taken at time to hold reservation. Second half of payment will be collected at pick up. Current forms of payments accepted are cash, check or Venmo.

  • Who else lives at your home? Our home is only occupied by fellow pup lovers. My husband and 9 year old daughter (who has grown up around animals and been assisting with my business since she was 4). We have a full time Poop In A Group pup named Ozzie who has a hard time finding a pup she doesn’t like and will make sure your pup feels safe and welcomed during their stay.

  • Will you send updates while we are away? You bet! It’s the best part! We will continually send pictures and texts so that you can see how your pup is getting along and help with your separation anxiety.

  • How much exercise will my pup get? At minimum your pup will get a structured walk in both the AM and the PM of their stay. We have a fenced in spacious backyard for your pups to explore and play with other PJ partiers. We understand each pup is different when it comes to their energy level and will match our exercise program to their needs.
